(1) A foreign national accused who does not understand the Nepali language in an offense related to revenue leakage may hire a translator with the permission of the department or after the indictment has been filed.
(2) In the document prepared with a translator according to sub-rule (1), the accused shall write in writing that the translation is correct and get the stamp of the accused and the translator as well.
